Three Area Schools Participate in Safety Presentation
August 9, three area school districts — Cotter, Flippin and Yellville-Summit — came together for an important safety presentation at Yellville-Summit gymnasium. The presentation was led by Andy Anderson, a representative from the I Love U Guys Foundation, an organization dedicated to school safety and crisis response.

Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports that on August 6, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Deputy’s and First Responders were called out to an unresponsive person located at a residence on Flintridge Lane in Flippin.
