EF2 Tornado tracks through Southern MC
YELLVILLE - Marion County has sustained tornado damage from an EF2 Tornado early Thursday morning was confirmed by county and state officials. Damage has been reported in the Marion and Searcy County area.

The Yellville-Summit Lady Panthers added another achievement to the 2022-23 basketball season by winning the 2023 2A-1 District Basketball Tournament at Eureka Springs High School. The Lady Panthers won the regular season District Championship with an 11-1 conference record and a 17-4 overall record for the season.

The Ozark Mountain Bears are headed to the 2022-23 Regional Basketball Tournament at Hector High School beginning Wednesday, February 22 At 4 p.m. Ozark Mountain is scheduled to play on Thursday, February 23, against Mansfield at 5:30 p.m.
