Hangin’ Out On the Corner

When I first started thinking about writing a column about memories of my childhood in Flippin in the 1960’s, I had one particular memory in mind that I wanted to share. I’d thought about it for a couple of years. Here it is almost five months and some 20+ columns since I began Growing Up Flippin and that story remains untold because I kept hoping to find some photos, to no avail. It will wait no longer.

Olen Edgmon of Harrison

Olen “Howard” Edgmon, age 83, of Harrison, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 18, 2022. He was born April 23, 1939, the son of Henry and Erbie (Villines) Edgmon He married to Virginia “Ginny” (Kellett). Howard retired from Duncan Industries after 41 years.
