Jerry Patrick Horsley, age 74, of Yellville, AR. passed away on January 29th, 2022.
Debra Ann Roberts, age 66, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday January 4, 2022, at her home. Debra was born March 5, 1955, in Appleton, Wisconsin to Carl and Rita Morgan Heiman.

BSCC (Bull Shoals City Council) was called to order by Mayor Nixon, The Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag was followed by the roll call and Ms. Bailey announced we have a quorum to conduct business. In attendance were the following: Mayor David Nixon, Recorder Tina Bailey, Council Members Dino Giannini, Daryl Lind man, Joey Grede, Chuck Kinler, David McBee, and Dr. Kirby Davenport.
