He also is someone very knowledgeable about wild turkeys and he reports on what he sees through a survey that he turns in regularly to the state’s Department of Conservation.

FLIPPIN – The Flippin City Council met for a regular meeting to discuss city business Tuesday, September 23, at 6 p.m. inside the Flippin City Courtroom. Topics scheduled for discussion were the July and August minutes (the August meeting was cancelled), city finances, USDA Grant for FPD, Fire and Police departments and to add Colbie Butcher to signature card.
