WASHINGTON – The Department of Veterans Affairs today announced it will spend $4.8 billion in fiscal year 2026 to modernize, repair and improve health care facilities as part of the Veterans Health Administration’s Non-Recurring Maintenance program, which makes infrastructure improvements to health care facilities to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Leo Craig Horsman, of Sulphur, Oklahoma went to his heavenly home on January 24, 2026. He was 71 years old. He was born on October 25, 1954, in Oklahoma City, the son of Leo B. Horsman and Virginia Fulton Horsman.

After a distinguished 40year career in coaching, with 20 years at North Arkansas College, long-time Lady Pioneer women’s basketball coach and current athletic director Bobby Howard announced today that he will step away from coaching at the conclusion of the current season.
