Reanell Birrer The Gamma Eta Chapter of the Arkansas State Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma held its monthly meeting on April 3, 2025. The organization is an international professional honorary society for women educators. We initiated three new members: Debra St. Clair from YS school, Sherri Shelton, retired from YS school, and Brandy Craighead from YS school.

Shawn Lee Lane passed away on April 4, 2025, in Mountain Home, AR, at the age of 55. Shawn was born on May 25, 1969, in Yellville, Arkansas, the son of Charlie and Madelyn Carlton.
