Boozman, Cotton, Womack Announce $141 Million Additional Investment for Ebbing Air National Guard Base

Submitted by Matthew Wester WASHINGTON–– U.S. Senators John Boozman (R-AR), Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Congressman Steve Womack (R-AR-03) announced that they secured $141 million in new investments for Ebbing Air National Guard Base to further its capacity as host of the F-35 Foreign Military Sales mission. This funding was included in the Fiscal Year 2025 full-year continuing resolution.

Yellville Appoints Duren Mayor

Since 2019 the Yellville-Summit Lady Panthers have dominated the Lady’s District Meet. The Lady Panthers won their sixth consecutive district championship at Mountain Home Wednesday, April 30. The Lady Panthers have defeated foes from 2A and now from the 3A Region 2 Senior High Meet. The 2025 Lady Panthers will send their smallest contingent to the State Track & Field Meet. The Echo wishes Y-S good luck with their championship run.
