Veterans Day Celebration in Flippin

Flippin School District will be holding a Veterans Day program at the Flippin High School Gym on November 11, at 8:30 a.m. and welcome all veterans from our community to attend. For the first time, this event will be livestreamed on EchoSports4034 on YouTube and flippinonline.com The Mountain Echo (ME) newspaper is proud to announce that Chuck Kinler will speak during the ceremony. The American Legion will present America’s Colors. The ME welcomes family members that cannot attend to view the proceedings and therefore attend virtually for Veterans Day, parades and Christmas Events.

MCCP at Procedures & Management Committee Meeting

The proposed Marion County Community Center and ordinances for its placement on March 3, 2026, ballot will be discussed on Thursday, October 23 Procedures & Management Committee meeting. This meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Marion County Courthouse courtroom.
