The Marion County Election Commission is actively seeking individuals who would like to become POLL WORKERS. Being a poll worker is a great way to serve your community, meet other people and make new acquaintances, to learn how an election is conducted and earn some pay along the way.

Nolan Lee Welch, 97, of Omaha, Arkansas passed away on December 18, 2025, at The Springs of Harrison, with his family surrounded by him. He was born on April 7, 1928, in Niagara Falls, New York, the son of Nolan and Alice (Caughill) Welch.
