Donna Marie (Waggoner) Kelley, 61, of Summit, passed away January 8, 2025, at the Springs of Harrison located in Harrison, Arkansas. Donna was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma and friend. On January 10 and 11, Arkansas saw Winter Storm Cora blow through the state and dump large amounts of wet snow covering the landscape with a fresh white blanket of snow that was a welcome sight for children from Southeast to Northwest Arkansas.
