Hello friends and readers of the Mountaineer Echo, I hope this week finds you all healthy and in happy spirits. The calendar says it is Spring, but the temperature outside says different. I am ready for it to get warmer. But defiantly not ready for 100 degrees. I will take the 80’s all year long please. So, I hope everyone had a great Spring Break. We had a good one, didn’t really do too much just worked and enjoyed time with the family. This week I am giving you some recipes of Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches which I find very tasty. Also here are a few things that I love to eat with peanut butter, it is a good snack and when added with apples, celery, crackers, strawberries, it is a refreshing taste. Enjoy and have a great week, and Remember All the Little Things in Life, enjoy them and savor every moment.
