Pets of the Week

This week we would like to introduce our readers to Ezra. If you have been following Have-A-Heart’s (HAH) activity in the past few months, you will recall that in late December we were called in to help with a hoarding rescue.

SFC Emery receives Recognition

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) recognized the service and sacrifice of Debbie Emery, of Fort Smith, in ‘Salute to Veterans,’ a series recognizing the military service of Arkansans.

Veteran of the Week

US Army veteran David Herd was born on July 25, 1947, in Adrian, Michigan, where he lived until he was 10 and moved to Punta Gorda, Florida. After he attended high school, he joined the army in 1966 and was stationed at Fort Jackson, South Carolina for his basic training.

Murder and mayhem abound when Twin Lakes Playhouse presents its second production of the season...” Who Dunnit?” Opening Friday night, March 17, this zany murder mystery focuses on Michael Devous, a husband, ex-husband, father, scientist, philanthropist, businessman, and philanderer who is murdered. So, who had a motive to want him dead? The easier question is who didn’t?!

This week we would like to introduce you to Cali and Frosty from Have A Heart Pet Shelter! First up, this sweet, young girl is Cali. She’s about a year and a half old and is very playful.
