BE IN ENACTED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF THE COUNTY OF MARION, STATE OF ARKANSAS, AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING/TRANSFERS FUNDS IN THE 2023 BUDGET, PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED IN ORDINANCE 2022-98 FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE STATE MANDATED BUDGET CLEAN UP.

Crooked Creek Conservation District The Crooked Creek Conservation District board: Donald Austin Board Chairman, Bryan Jefferson, Carla Shipman, Kevin Flippin and Terry Ott would like to announce the 2024 Dave Ferguson Scholarship Award. This year the Theme: “May the Forest Be With You Always” This year’s winner is Kaylee Cheek a Junior at Flippin High School. Kaylee received a check from CCCD for $500.00 and her essay will now be sent on to Area Conservation and potentially State level.
