The Yellville-Summit Panthers hosted the Atkins Red Devils in Panthers Stadium Friday, October 21, at 7 p.m. in a conference football game. The Panthers celebrated Senior night with conditions perfect for the celebration.
The Yellville-Summit Panthers traveled to face the Salem Greyhounds in a conference contest Friday, October 14, at 7 p.m. The conditions were clear skies with a south wind blowing approximately 10 mph and a temperature of 78 degrees at game time.
Saturday, October 15, the Arkansas Razorbacks traveled to play the Brigham Young University Cougars in a non-conference NCAA football game. The Hogs knew the trip was long and the Cougars offense would come to play.
Cross Country The Flippin Bobcats Cross Country team competed in their first two races of the season on September 6 at Melbourne and September 13, at Heber Springs. Team members include Madyson Brewer, Aidan Browne, Jackson Ferdinand, Arianna Keller, Ryland Lunde, Gloria Santoro, Alyssa Shelton, Emily Shelton, Tristan Smith, Braydon Sumpter, Pol Vallmitjana and Summer Walls.
