On Wednesday, August 3, the filing period opened for candidates to file for city offices. Bull Shoals, Flippin, Pyatt and Yellville had candidates sign names to run for offices in the General Election on November 8, 2022.

BH Celebrates Grand Opening Of Newly Remodeled 5 South
courtesy of Baxter Health Mountain Home – Today, Baxter Health celebrated the grand opening of the newly remodeled Baxter Health Auxiliary 5 South Surgical Services nursing unit at an open house attended by hospital leadership, local dignitaries and Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation donors. The patient- centric remodel included the addition of 6 new patient rooms and an expanded waiting room.

The Bull Shoals City Council met in regular session Thursday, July 28, with the meeting called to order by Mayor David Nixon at 6:30 p.m. Council members in attendance were Daryl Lindman, Joey Grede, Chuck Kinler, Dino Giannini, and Kirby Davenport representing a quorum, with only David McBee absent.
