Little Rock– Assets for the Arkansas ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Plan grew by 76% during the past year, according to figures released Tuesday during a committee meeting for the Plan. Marion County Government has faced much turmoil over the past few years. The offices of the County are unable to work together effectively. County Offices face tremendous difficulty hiring, training, and retaining staff. Not only does our County Government need change, but it also needs experienced leadership to drive that change.
