Mountain Home– Baxter Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Heather Knight Loftis to the Board of Directors. A Mountain Home native and 1995 graduate of Mountain Home High School, Heather Knight Loftis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas.

Bull Shoals Police Chief Jim Kuchenbecker has announced his retirement, bringing an almost 38-year career in law enforcement to a close. He has been Chief in Bull Shoals for seven years.

From the entertainment industry to working on organs and calliopes, Bill Klinger has kept a busy life. He officially retired in the fall of 2005, before that he spent his adult career working in the entertainment industry in the mechanical and physical special effects, such as rain, snow, wind, fire, explosions, any movement caused other than what would normally come from an actor. The movies which first gave him notoriety were Back to the Future and Return of the Jedi.

Combine butter and 1 ½ cups sugar in a large bowl.
