Welcome back to the kitchen everyone. I hope everything is going well with you all, and school is going great for all the kiddos. This week I still haven’t been feeling the greatest, so trying to cook my family something that everyone will enjoy and is quick, easy, and doesn’t require much from me or we haven’t already had 4 times this week has been a struggle.
Hello everyone, I hope this week finds everyone in good health and happy spirits. As for us, we are all doing well, just keeping up with the everyday things that make life go around. It has been busy lately with the newspaper and adding the YouTube streaming of local games we are all pitching in to make it all work.
We at Have-A-Heart, recently made a plea for additional volunteers. We have had some new people sign up to work at the shelter but are also in need of some more specific help.
Hey everyone, I hope it’s been a good week, and everyone stayed cool during this lovely heat wave. I can honestly say it was terrible, with school in full swing of course someone is going to end up getting sick, I mean that’s the start of school ritual, right?
Volunteers gathered for a photo at Yellville-Summit High School durint the Individual Readiness Training conducted to provide free medical and dental treatment to area residents from Marion, Baxter and Boone Counties.
First up is Foxy! This boy is a handsome, 32 pound one-yearold red and white mixed breed dog. Foxy is a gentle stray who was rescued by a nice lady who took care of him until we could make room for him at the shelter.
I want to alert everyone that we intend to have our first ‘Common Sense Conservationists’ meeting of the Fall in Houston, Missouri, on Thursday, September 14, beginning at 7 p.m. We will meet in the rural firehouse building, situated just next to the Texas County Library.
