Auditor’s office has $444.1 million in unclaimed property LITTLE ROCK – Auditor of State Dennis Milligan, whose office administers the Great Arkansas Treasure Hunt, joins colleagues from around the country in celebrating Unclaimed Property Day today. Unclaimed Property Day was launched by the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators in 2021 to raise awareness of unclaimed property.

MOUNTAIN HOME - The women of Mountain Home Moose Lodge will hold an oven fried chicken dinner fundraiser on Friday, February 10 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The menu includes scrumptious oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, dessert and a beverage.

The Marion County Republican Committee will meet Thursday, February 9, 2023, upstairs in the Marion County Courthouse at 7:00 p.m. The public and members are invited to attend.

RUSSELLVILLE - Eleven students have registered as contestants in the 67th Miss Arkansas Tech University competition. The event will take place Friday, February 10, at Witherspoon Auditorium.

Please be advised that deputies have responded to complaints of stolen mail in the past several days from residences located northeast of Flippin near the Fairview community as well as Marion County 7023 in Flippin. Deputies have taken reports of stolen mail and have also recovered mail that had not yet been reported as stolen.
