The Flippin Baseball Program wants to brag. Congratulations Braydon Sumpter, outfielder and pitcher for the Bobcats won the high school 3A-2 District Cross Country Championship for Flippin.

The North Central Arkansas Veterans Council is again Sponsoring the Annual Veterans Day Commemoration at Veterans Plaza 2000 In Mountain Home. This year it will take place on Monday, November 11, at 11:00 a.m. The host organization is United States Submarine Veterans Twin Lakes Base, Curtis Grant Commander.

The 18th annual November potluck dinner meeting of the Marion County Cattlemen’s Association will be held Thursday, November 14, at 6:30 in the old Yellville-Summit cafeteria.
