EVERETT D. WELLS

Everett D. Wells, age 71, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Monday February 27, 2023 in Harrison. Everett was born August 24, 1951 in Gainesville, Missouri to Roy and Mary (Risley) Wells. He had lived in the area for most of his life and had worked as a grader operator for Marion County. He was a hunter and fisherman; he enjoyed going to the races either at Flippin, Batesville, or West Plains. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Mr. Wells is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home, his son Kelly Hurst (Deborah) of Yellville, his daughters Angie Sheehan (Bill) of Yellville, Janet Andrews of Cave Springs, four grandchildren: Justin Hurst, Aaron Hurst, Logan Sheehan, and Abigail Andrews. A graveside service will be 1:00 pm Saturday March 4, 2023 at Georges Creek Cemetery near Yellville with Bro. Jack Jefferson officiating. TAPANGA DAWN MAXWELL

Tapanga Dawn Maxwell, age 27, of Yellville passed away Friday February 10, 2023. Tapanga was born in Kennett, Missouri to Anthony William Maxwell and Elizabeth Ann (Helt) Maxwell. Tapanga had lived in the area most of her life. She was a member of Church on the Rock in Yellville where she was an avid member. She loved to take selfies, and all animals. Her favorite cat was Fiona,(named after Princes Fiona from “Shrek”). She was a big Harry Potter and Twilight fan. Tapanga like to fish and play argue with her brother. Most of all she loved to make people laugh. There was never a dull moment with her around. She made a lasting impression, and anyone who met her remembered her. Tapanga is survived by her mother Elizabeth “Lisa” Maxwell of Yellville, her father Anthony Maxwell of Keiser, Arkansas; her brothers: Dakota Maxwell of Yellville, Robert Maxwell of Keiser, Arkansas; Paul Weiss of Kansas, her sisters: Melissa Maxwell-Spears of Keiser, Arkansas; Gloria Cook of Missouri, and many others who claim her as a sister, three nieces, five nephews, and many others that were “claimed” nieces and nephews. JENNIFER ANN DAVIS

Jennifer Ann Davis, age 53, of Bull Shoals, Arkansas passed away Sunday February 12, 2023 at her home after a long battle with Crohn’s Disease. Jennifer was born June 25, 1969 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to George Archer and Virginia Pearl (Aldridge) Davis. She had been employed as a medical transcriptionist. Jennifer loved cosmetology- doing her hair and makeup, and she enjoyed watching game shows. She loved to cook and eat good food. Her specialty was tacos and she loved to share with everyone. Jennifer was quickwitted and had a great personality. She enjoyed riding her favorite horse, Smokey, and she loved dogs. Jennifer is survived by her mother Virginia Davis of Bull Shoals, her brother George Steven Davis (Lynn) of Mountain Home, her sister Robin R. Rucker of Bull Shoals, her nephew Ridge Rucker (Emily), Wyatt Davis, and her niece Rachel Davis. She was preceded in death by her father, and her best friend, her King Charles Cavalier, Scooter. A Celebration of Life will be held by her family at a later date.
