Staria Marie Hawkins Simpson, 62, of Midway, passed away on June 15, 2025, at Hospice of the Ozarks in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Star was born on January 7, 1963, in Batesville, to Chester Columbus Hawkins and Bonnie Marie Ring Hawkins.

Robert “Bobby” Vernon Bishop Jr. 66, of Harrison, Arkansas passed away June 16, 2025, at his second home with his family by his side. He was born in Louisiana November 12, 1958, to Robert Vernon Bishop Sr. and Cecil Marie Bishop who preceded him in death.

Linda Rhaelene James 75, of Mountain Home, passed away at Care Manor in Mountain Home on June 18, 2025. She was born in Denver, Colorado on November 18, 1949, the daughter of Virgil and Elsie (Paxton) Macon.

Donald “Don” Wayne Young, 82, of Omaha, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025, at his home.

Albert “AL” Dee Wallace Choate, 74, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away on June 5, 2025, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center with his family by his side. Al was born on March 27, 1951, in Harrison, Arkansas, the son of Marshall and Mary Pauline (Coleman) Choate. Al was a big ole teddy bear that loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren. He would drop whatever he was doing to help them out. He had a sidekick named Chico, his rat terrier/chihuahua mixed little buddy. Chico followed him everywhere. Al went to high school at Harrison; he was a big star football player.

Jarrett Brent Zeigler was called home at the age of 25 on June 5, 2025, in Fayetteville, at Washington Regional Hospital. Born on May 4, 2000, in Mountain Home, Jarrett was the beloved son of Rick and Kelley (Wood) Zeigler of Yellville.

Ezra Kade Olivan was born February 17, 2005, in Harrison, Arkansas, to David and Angela Olivan. He went to be with the Lord on June 2nd, 2025.
