We all want to have our property worth more don’t we? In a recent report studying Conservation Farming practices and their economic value, it was determined that No-Till farming can improve land value. While we as farmers own the land and can choose how we farm it, society also has an interest in preserving the land for future generations.

Mountain Home Moose Lodge #1953 invites the public to join its members in ringing in the new year this coming Saturday evening by attending its annual New Year’s Eve party. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m.

During this season, we’re fortunate to have time to reflect on the past year and look ahead for what’s to come. That can stir lots of feelings, but appreciation and excitement are usually right at the top of the list.

The national average price of gas is forecast to be $2.98 on Christmas Day, likely to drop below the critical $3 per gallon mark on or before Christmas Eve for the first time in nearly 600 days.
