Marion “MJ” Dames of Flippin, passed away September 28, 2022, in Flippin at the age of 90. MJ was born June 13, 1932, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Virgil and Dorothy (Dot) Reynolds.

MJ married James “Loy” Dames on January 13,1996, in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Tupperware manager MJ built and inspirer her team of Tupperware associates to reach 6th in the nation for sales, and served on the National Tupperware Manager Board, all while raising her 5 children.

MJ had resided in Flippin since 2000. MJ was an amazingly spunky woman, active in the Marion County Senior Center, volunteered with Marion County meals on wheels program, was an avid dancer, which led her to meet the love of her life, husband Loy. MJ lived a wonderful, beautiful life in her tight knit community of exceptionally kind and giving friends. MJ will be missed by all that knew and loved her. MJ is survived by daughters, Kim S Williams of New Mexico, Valerie J Eckert and Robin J (Mark) Straszynski of Arizona; sons, Scott R (Leslie) Williams of California and Troy L (Charlene) Williams of Arizona; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Loy; brother, Bill; and sister, Diane.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., October 6, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals with Heather Marsalis as Celebrant.

Memorials may be made to Marion County Senior Center.
